By placing an order on carter.es you accept these terms. The site is operated from the Canary Islands and all sales are governed by Spanish consumer law with IGIC applied at the statutory rate.

Orders

An order is confirmed only when we accept payment and issue a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of stock or pricing errors, refunding in full.

Pricing

Prices include 7% IGIC unless otherwise marked. B2B clients may see different pricing once approved.

Warranty

All parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty. For workshop liability, we require the part to be installed by a qualified mechanic.
